Warranty of Goods/Services

All  goods and services will serve their intended functions as discussed and agreed between Exiga Software Services and the Client as according to the Sale of Goods Act, Cap. 393.

Confirmation of Orders

It will telephone or send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Cancellation of Orders

It will refund the full amount paid as of the date and time of cancellation if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or Exiga Software Services inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

Exiga Software Services will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Prices

All Exiga Software Services prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.

Paymet Processing

Exiga Software Services will only accept corporate cheque payments. Exiga Software Services ensures accuracy in billing as all transactions are automatically processed.

Exchange & Refunds

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Web Development

The content of website in form of images and write-ups is to be provided by the Client. Failure to provide the content of website will delay the project’s projected timeline. Exiga Software Services will not be liable for such a delay.

Copyright issues are to be managed by Client. All content received from Client is deemed as the ownership of the Client and Exiga Software Services will not be liable for copyright infringement as mentioned in the Copyright Act of Abu Dhabi, Cap. 63.

All source codes and raw artworks are the property of Exiga Software Services. The Client will only own the deliverables as agreed.

Exiga Software Services has the right to terminate a project if it has been delayed for more than 3 months from project commencement due to the negligence of the Client’s role in the project.

No refund will be given to the Client should a project be terminated due to the negligence of the Client’s role in the project.

Delivery Services

The cost of delivery within Abu Dhabi is absorbed by Exiga Software Services. Deliveries outside of Abu Dhabi will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

Terms of Warranty

All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Copyright issues are to be managed by Client. All content received from Client is deemed as the ownership of the Client and Exiga Software Services will not be liable for copyright infringement as mentioned in the Copyright Act of Abu Dhabi, Cap. 63.

A 30 days warranty period will start to commence on the day of deployment (Final Rollout). Exiga Software Services will be responsible for any errors occurred or bugs found during this warranty period. After which, any additions or changes to the website or to the database is chargeable and payable by the client.

Maintenance

Ad hoc maintenance will include:
Changes up to 3 or THREE static pages not controlled or managed by a content management system or database.

No more than 30% content change to a single webpage.

Ad hoc maintenance will exclude:

Changes to the layout or design of a webpage.

“Recycling” a webpage (static or dynamic), form or any other portion of a website that may constitute as a page.

All content, images or write-ups pertaining to a change in a webpage must be provided by the Client. Exiga Software Services will not liable for errors in content received from the Client.
